Question: What are the modes of payment?

Answer: Payment by a letter of credit is the most acceptable. We also accept prepayment or advance payment. This may be done with cash or cheque on condition that cash or cheque will be received and confirmed before goods can be shipped.

NB. We do not accept payment by western union money transfer.

Question: Are your prices negotiable?

Answer: Prices may be negotiable depending on the quantity or the duration of contract.

Question: Is there the possibility of a yearly contract?

Answer: Yes there is the possibility of a yearly contract or more. Nevertheless, Exventures will need a grace period of one month or 2 before commencement. Where this is not possible, the company or client will have to bear with us in case of any inefficiency within the first month or two.

Question: Do you export other products?

Answer: Exventures is a fairly new company. We currently specialize in Shea butter production and export but are making preparations for the export of cocoa butter, spices (Ginger, garlic & pepper) and mango.

Question: What is your policy on samples for testing?

Answer: Free samples can be sent for testing at the cost of the client/buyer. Shea butter can be tested at the Internationally accredited Food Research Institute in Ghana and results will be sent to buyer directly.

Question: What is your procedure for an export agreement?

Answer: We do both direct and indirect export. Directly to the client or indirectly through an export agent who finds a buyer and makes all negotiations and arrangements on our behalf. A negotiable commission is paid for this service.

A copy of our agreement may be emailed to a potential client upon request.
